Clay bears the weight of the earth, fire gives life to objects. What we do is simply capture the dialogue between nature and time, freezing it between the marks of clay and the colors of glaze.
For artist Ben and Qiqi, ceramic creation is not only a honing of technique, but also a journey of introspection. We skillfully draws inspiration from classical aesthetics and the wonders of nature, transforming traditional pavilions and towers into miniature landscapes with a highly personal style. Our works feature meticulous attention to detail while retaining the raw simplicity and rustic charm of clay.
In recent years, we have focused on combining ceramic art with natural space. Through the ingenious arrangement of wood, withered branches, and bamboo weaving, we transforms the exhibition space into a three-dimensional, impressionistic landscape painting, guiding viewers to become travelers within the painting. We hopes that through the warmth of each piece, we can build a tranquil garden for people living busy modern lives, a place to rest their souls.
